30-day money-back guarantee
All online courses sold by Lundin Performance AB (company registration number 559101-6471, Dalvägen 19, 432 95 Sweden, trading as Lundin Leadership) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Email hello@lundinleadership.com from the address used at checkout, or use paddle.net, and state your order number. No form or explanation is required. We confirm every request in writing.
How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and returns. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Invoiced purchases are credited against the invoice or repaid to the paying bank account.
Group and invoiced purchases
For purchases covering several leaders, the 30-day period runs from the order date of the purchase. Unused leader access codes are refunded in full; access already activated by a leader is refunded in full within the 30 days.
After 30 days
After 30 days from the order date the purchase is final and access continues for the remaining access period. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Swedish or EU consumer law.
