Who is responsible
Lundin Performance AB, company registration number 559101-6471, Dalvägen 19, 432 95 Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed on this site. Contact: hello@lundinleadership.com.
What is collected
Account details (name, email, login credentials), purchase and invoicing records, course progress and access codes, enquiry and contact messages, and technical data such as IP address and basic usage logs.
Why and on what basis
To create your account and give access to purchased courses and to handle invoicing (performance of our contract), to answer enquiries and provide support (contract or legitimate interest), to keep the service secure and prevent fraud and improve the courses (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Sharing
With Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for the sale, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; with service providers that host the site, database and email delivery and the video platform; with our accountants and legal advisers; and with authorities where required by law.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Account and course data are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your access ends. Purchase and accounting records are kept for seven years as required by Swedish law. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to sign in and to run the checkout. We do not use marketing cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will then not work.
Security
Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and role-based restrictions on who can reach personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
