I build teams. First in sport, now with managers and leaders in business.
My leadership work started in sport, where a team's habits show up in results every week. That is where the models in these courses come from: direction, standards, feedback and decisions, tested in an environment that gives you feedback immediately.
Over the years I have worked with managers, leaders and leadership teams who face the same questions in a different setting. The tempo is slower and the stakes look different, but what makes a group perform is remarkably similar.
I teach only what I use myself, and I keep the lessons short so you can apply something the same week you watch them.
