Leading Through Change
Taking a team through reorganisation, new demands and uncertainty — without losing performance.
Change is where most leadership models break down. This course covers how to lead when the plan, the roster or the mandate changes: how to communicate what is decided and what is not, how to keep standards while the ground moves, and how to bring people with you rather than dragging them along. It uses the same approach applied with elite teams between seasons and with companies going through reorganisation.

What you will learn

I have spent my working life building teams — first in sport, then with managers and leaders in business. I teach the models I actually use, and the courses are built the way I would want to learn them: short lessons, clear structure, and something to apply the same week.
