Leadership Identity
Define your values, your non-negotiables and the leader you want to be.
Everything else is built on this. In this course you use the Johari Window to strengthen self-awareness, define your golden values, decide what you will never compromise on, and learn to lead from a clear centre instead of reacting to whatever the week throws at you. The models come from two decades on the bench in elite sport, translated for the meeting room.
Who it is for
Business owners, managers and team leaders who want a clearer foundation for how they lead — new or experienced.
What you will learn
- Use feedback to reveal blind spots and expand your open area
- Name your golden values and turn them into daily behaviour
- Set non-negotiables that hold under pressure
- Recognise your default reactions and choose a better one
- Write a one-page leadership philosophy you actually use
Models in this course
Each model has its own lesson, with an exercise you can use the same week.
The Johari Window
Make more of your leadership visible
The Johari Window is a practical model for self-awareness, trust and feedback. It divides what shapes your leadership into four areas: open, blind, hidden and unknown.
The Golden Values Compass
Your values in the centre, your roles around them
The Golden Values Compass is my own model for building a leadership philosophy you can actually lead by.
The 1% rule
One per cent at a time
The 1% rule is how leadership behaviour actually changes: not through a new plan, but through small habits that repeat.

I have spent my working life building teams — first in sport, then with managers and leaders in business. I teach the models I actually use, and the courses are built the way I would want to learn them: short lessons, clear structure, and something to apply the same week.
